RTX 4002 DECT Repeater Nairobi 

The RTX 4002 DECT Repeater in Nairobi is designed for use in residential, business and public DECT applications founded on the GAP profile. The RTX 4002 DECT Kenya has an external aerial with SMA connector, which significantly improves the signal range up to 1.5km when used with the voting aerial.

The RTX 4002 DECT Repeater Kenya has 2 internal antennas which can be used to spread the actual range of any standard DECT GAP base station. The RTX repeater then regularly assigns itself the first available RPN number. If more repeaters have to be given to the same base station, the process just has to be repeated. It will keep track of the next available RPN number automatically. A total of 6 RTX repeaters can be consigned to each DECT GAP base station. The RTX 4002 DECT Repeater has dimensions of 120x130x35 mm and can simply be mounted on walls. The RTX 4002 Kenya features the new sole automatic registering method which allows  the repeater to assign itself to any given DECT GAP base station automatically. DECT Technology :

Digital Enhanced Cordless Telecommunications or Digital European Cordless Telecommunications(DECT) is a technology that is majorly used in wireless phone systems to connect the cordless phone to a base station. The RTX 4002 IP DECT Repeater  uses DECT 6.0 technology which not only supports different frequency bands ranging between 1880 – 1900 MHz (EU) and 1920 – 1930 MHz (US), but also supports smooth handover using DECT or LAN synchronization (IEEE1588) and roaming so that calls can be easily transferred between individual base stations.  It has a strong power output performance of EU < 250 mW and USA < 140 mW.

Transmission & Reception Range :

The RTX 4002 DECT IP Repeater boasts of a long transmission of up to 50 meters when indoors, and up to 300 meters for outdoors (for indoor use only).

Easy User Interface :

The RTX 4002 DECT Repeater has been built to offer the user an easy experience when setting it up and operating it. The lightweight device is equipped with a dual – color LED indicator that alerts the user of important details such as battery status, missed calls and new voicemails. It also has multiple slots and enables a user to make 2 simultaneous wideband calls. The highly efficient RTX 4002 DECT Repeater allows for slot multiplexing, slot packing and full slot move over request.

Interoperability :

 RTX 4002 DECT Repeater supports Phase I (CAT-iq 1.0, 2.0). It is also equipped with two internal omni-directional antennas for better transmission and reception.
