Up to 3 EXP50s can be supported on a single phone so as to achieve up to 180 extra programmable keys with a presence LED for multiple features. The Yealink EXP50 Expansion Module Kenya is therefore a perfect solution for use by administrative assistants, receptionists, or contact center staff since it is highly useful in the easy handling of large volumes of calls.Â
The Yealink EXP50 Expansion Module Kenya can be connected to a compatible Yealink Teams phone so as to show up to 20 contacts on each page for speed dialing or call transfer, while the status of the contacts is synchronized and presented with the color of the presence LED. When connected to the Yealink T5 series SIP phone, the provided multifunctional line keys can be set as BLF, speed dial, call forward, call park, transfer, call pickup, etc.
